Private Lessons
Your instructor creates a customized workout
for you each and every time, in order to help you achieve your fitness and wellness
goals. We focus entirely on your needs.
Semi-Private Lessons
Bring
in your wonderful self and a friend or loved-one to share the fun and get fit
together. Semi-Private lessons are a wonderful way to make practicing Pilates
more affordable. You will get a lot of the benefits of private lessons at a lower
cost.
Independent Workouts
If
you are a Pilates "veteran" and have completed at least 5 private lessons
with us, we invite you to work out in our studio independently, pending instructor approval. Independent workouts are also wonderful for regular private and semi-private
session clients who are looking to deepen their Pilates practice.
In Home or Corporate Lessons
For clients who would like to exercise in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, In-Home Private Lessons are a wonderful option. We come to your home bringing small apparatus (balls, mats, magic circles, therabands and rollers) or work with your equipment, to help you develop an effective and invigorating home practice. We can also help you design your own in-home Pilates studio and order professional equipment for you. Movement and Wellness also provides qualified, experienced instructors to come to a corporate office and implement a workplace Pilates program.

Introductory Special: 3 sessions for $180

10-class card: $680
Semi-Private Lessons

10-class card: $400
Independent Workouts

In Home or Workplace Instruction
3 Session trial: $450
10-class card $1800
(Must be within a a 20 mile radius from White Plains, additional fees apply for locations which are more than 20 miles away)
Please note
All class cards expire 6 months from the date they were issued. Class cards are non-refundable. As a courtesy to our clients however, currently valid class cards are transferable.
